We are an independent repair company that specialises in this make. We are not an authorized Asko service provider, we are not affiliated with the manufacturer or its parent company, and we do not carry out manufacturer warranty work or bill anyone for it. What we do is tell you, early and plainly, when your appliance looks like it may still sit inside manufacturer coverage – because in that situation the right first call is usually not to us.
That matters in two practical ways. Repairs carried out by someone other than an authorized technician can put remaining coverage at risk, so it is worth reading your own warranty terms before you decide anything. And where a fault may be covered, we can tell you honestly whether routing it through the manufacturer is cheaper than paying us – sometimes it plainly is, and you should hear that from us rather than work it out afterwards. Ask during booking and we will help you establish where you stand.
Where coverage has run out, or the fault sits outside what it covers, we handle the repair ourselves. Our own labour carries a 30-day workmanship warranty. That is our policy, not the manufacturer’s, and we describe it that way deliberately.
